  I bought my vehicle about a month ago and I thought I'll wait a month before I leave a review. But I'm really disappointed in the vehicle and actually regret buying it. I spent 17k on a 65plate 5 series and the car was fantastic for a week and all the sudden I start hearing a rattling noice from the passenger side of the car. I have a bmw warranty until the end of the year and they're struggling to locate the rattle - been with bmw for almost 2 weeks. I also noticed a slight tear on the driver seat in the most awkward angles and really dissapointed as the selling point was the interior. The only benefit I have is the bmw manufactures warranty either than that it was a bad purchase considering I bought the vehicle outright and also travelled from london. Either than that, they have a good range of prestige vehicles but I would inspect the vehicle properly regardless of their stock. I thought i was buying with confidence but I was wrong!!!

  First service I received from Jeff white wasn't the best, had issues with the car not being fixed when it should have been. The car comes with 1 month warranty which is short,also came with a tiny amount of petrol. The salesman which I delta with wasn't to helpful and made promises to fix issues and went back on his word. The service from some staff wasn't helpful or could be bothered. After writing a review the manager (Can't name anyone) got in contact and wanted to put things right and we agreed to have issues addressed which should have been done before I bought the car. They asked me to drop the car off and offered a courtesy car while they fixed the issues, they had the car a day and a half which was well before I needed it back. The manager clearly wanted to help and make amends for the poor customer service I had received . I'm not very pleased with the initial service and treatment by staff but second time round it was perfect service.

  Great selection of high end cars at fair price, quality of PDI is outstanding as the 4 year old car i bought was prepared to the highest standard in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. No pushy salesmen and a very quick pick up of car despite having to fit some new brake pads which they picked up on the PDI. Could not be happier, many thanks Sean for your hard work.

  Decided to have look for a new car and popped into Jeff Whites for a cheeky look. What a lovely bunch of sales people. No one pouncing on you, your left to have a leisurely wonder around the cars. Nothing was too much trouble and we ended driving off that very same day with our brand new car. Fabulous place and brliant staff would highly recommend the garage the everyone

  Excellent service from start to finish. The staff are very friendly, I would highly recommend a visit to Jeff White Motors, with the selection of vehicles on offer your spoilt for choice. I bought an Audi S-line it's and absolutely love it. Thanks guys 😊
