  Absolute cowboys. Sold my partner two different cars (brand new), and both had problems after only a few months. First one needed a full gearbox replacement after only a few months! Most recent was a leak in the boot and back seat, the car had been in the garage a week to be told they can’t find anything wrong and they’ve done the usual tests, my partner takes the car back and checks it and the back seat and boot are soaking! Obviously hadn’t been looked at then. Some guy comes over and says he can feel the mudguard from the back seat so there’s pretty much a hole in the car. How there comes to be a hole in a brand new car barely 4 months old is beyond me. Avoid at all costs

  Got my new vehicle @ Jennings Ford Stockton last week for the second time around. Same sales representative was dealing with us. As like before he is a fantastic and superb sales agent STEVEN HOMER was very helpful and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. This is the type of person that the company needs.

  I last bought a car 12 years ago and remember walking away from a deal at Jennings because of aggressive sales practices and unfair prices. How times have changed. The salesman, Marcus, discussed my needs and helped me choose between several cars, regardless of the price. The whole process was fair, friendly and at no time did I feel pressured. The car was ready on time and he took the time to link my phone and explain the controls. Well done Jennings. I'll be back soon to get a car for my daughter.

  I bought my vehicle brand new from this dealers and had lots of teething problems with the vehicle. My vehicle was serviced regularly and it went in for a service just after the warranty ran out. Strange that all of the faults now that suddenly appeared were not noted previously. MY invoice totalled 700.00 and one of the problems charging for had been noted on a previous service( whilst car was in warranty) I was without transport 5 days which is unacceptable also they are keen to repair the car whilst you have to pay for it. Sloppy workmanship from what you expect a professional service and standard from, Just a pity as it very local to myself and I wouldn't have my vehicle serviced or repaired there again.
