::Wife visited the Newport store today to get passport photo's done for our two kids. The only member of staff on duty advised her to come back in tomorrow as the battery in the camera was dead and needed charging? What a lame excuse! Its a camera shop, they have hundreds of camera's they could have used. Sounds like this member of staff needs some urgent training. We will be getting our photo's done some where else !

::Staff could do with customer skills training and possibly personality transplants and besides the prices are way too pricey. I think their market is consumers who don't know much they can swindle.
