  Just bought a 1 series at a decent price from JJpremium cars I was looking around for a quiet sometime. The whole car buying process was straight forward. The staff was very professional as you would expect at top brand car dealership. Definitely recommend!!

  Professional, polite, informed and excellent service from the lovely Danielle in respect of the recent Focus RS purchase. Whilst she acknowledged I was a CHAV of the highest order and was suffering a mid-life crisis she judged me not and even recommended the location of the nearest McDonalds car park so I could practice handbrake turns.   Absolutely fantastic service from Danielle. At no time throughout the whole process was she pushy as per your usual car salesman. Having a young family the car was just what we were looking for and we had some picky requirements. Thank you very much JJ Premium Cars. We will defiantly be back when its time for a sporty upgrade!

  Car seems ok but wasn't as immaculate as I hoped it would be - dirty glass and a few interior marks - but BIG issue was just one key. If I am spending in excess of £22,000 on a car I expect it to have both keys - even if they only had one when they took the car in. The service was courteous but I now have the issue and expense of sorting out a spare key which has soured the whole experience to be honest. Really disappointed.

  Absolutely superb! I made some early enquiries into the car I had seen on their website , spoke to two separate people who were incredibly helpful and polite. I then visited JJ Premium cars sales and was really pleasantly surprised on how many high end vehicles there were on show and the condition of how they were presented. I was greeted by a very friendly sales woman (Danielle) who was so helpful, she gave me the keys so I could look around the car without any awkward questions or fuss. I was very impressed with the car and asked for a test drive, this was no problem at all. So I purchased the car, I can’t tell you how easy and smooth this purchase was, never was I put under pressure to purchase and I felt so comfortable with the whole deal. The day of collection, the car was kept inside overnight and when the shutter went up on the showroom my car was there having been cleaned again, I was made to feel really special. Even if I were to be super critical, there are no negatives here, this is one high end premium car sales dealership with matching customer services. To anybody else out there, this is how you do it, buy with complete confidence, I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody and I definitely would purchase again. Thank you for such a great experience. Well done to you JJ Premium car sales, it was an absolute pleasure.
