  Just bought new Kadjar from John Banks Renault in Cambridge and experience from beginning to end was faultless. Steve ( who looked after us and entertained us throughout !) was so incredibly helpful and informative, and quite the best salesman I've ever had dealings with. I couldn't recommend Steve and John Banks more highly. Thank you.

  I have had Renault vans for many years now and have recently bought a Kangoo from John Banks I found them very good on explaining the options I had and kept me informed about delivery the after sales was also very good. The experience I had with John Banks was very good and will recommend them to anybody who would like to purchase a Renault. Ralph Courtnell

  I was after a test drive of the Dacia Duster to see if I liked the car and its ride quality. I rang John Banks Renault & Dacia Cambridge and talked to Steve Hill to arrange a test drive the next day. The test drive went well and I ordered a new Duster from Steve at the end of the test drive. Steve organised the delivery of the vehicle, colour and extras I was after and it arrived within two weeks. Steve was polite and professional all the way through the process as were the other John Banks staff. From my experience this is a well-run and professional Dacia dealer that I will continue to use and recommend.

  The experience of buying a car from John Banks Renault was simple, fun and professional. The sales person I dealt with was Steve Hill who was by far the best sales person I saw in different dealerships I visited. He demonstrated the car on two different test drives. He did the simple things really well like coming back to me quickly on my questions. His response times with emails and returning my calls were within the hour. He was very patient and had no pushiness of the stereotypical car salesman. All the staff at John Banks were friendly and courteous throughout the purchase. I would highly recommend using this company if you want a great service and good product.

  My partner and I recently decided to get our first brand new car from John Banks, the salesmen were very helpful and informative about our options, especially with finance. Oliver gave us a test drive, and Steve was the guy handling everything with sourcing the car and getting it to us, which was extremely quick and well communicated. We couldn't fault the service as both Steve and Oliver were friendly and attentive. We are very happy with our choice.
