::Lots of staff hanging around chatting and playing with their phones, not so much service. John Lewis is starting to take on a Woolworths kind of vibe; feels like a retailer that has no future in the bricks and mortar world. Maybe they want customers to go online?

::Very lovely experience. Staff very pleasent and assisted me. Was just in there last few days ago. Needed to purchase kitchen wear electronics. Staff was very knowlegable. Loved the kids section that made me spend more than i should have!!!!.

::Been there on many occasions. Staff are always friendly and always willing to help. The main reason I go there is for the Jelly Cat bunnies, which my daughter is very fond of, and John Lewis have a large collection of different sizes and colours. My daughters room almost looks like the John Lewis selves of the Jelly Cat Bunnies now!

::Very well set up store. Great variety of products, very friendly and helpful staff and there is an John Lewis Exchange as well. You can chose from the great variety of fashion brands, electronics and cosmetics. I really love the customer service there - one of the best I have ever received.

::Extremely Poor Customer Service - if you value your time and hard earned £, please do not go here. I recently bought an item. Upon opening the box, I found a CONPLETELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT in the box. I was so shocked by this I returned it the next day hoping for a quick resolution. In a nutshell the support team inferred that this type of mistake is impossible and that someone( myself ) had tampered with the contents of the box. I won't even say any more. That's enough for you to form your opinion. Update. I have no product and have no refund. John Lewis have £350 of mine and I have nothing to show for it.
