  I love John Smeaton Leisure Centre I feel at all there I have good friends there I love the gym is top class is never busy and it's they always there to help you the swimming baths are top class as well I give them both 10 out of 10 I love my colleagues there ever talk to them I've got special needs they look after me but it will and they say my life in January I love my life and you look good any better Leisure Centre at John Smeaton that's my opinion is it's the best at one in a million and out of this world to me from Simon Rothery judo expert and player

  I have Come back to the gym and the facilities have bèen updated and vastly improved.

  Way too expensive, considering its funded with local authority taxes, great staff, let down by LCC idiotic admin.

  Gym always crowded. Otherwise convenient location. Has a pool but do check timetables
