  Be careful DRESS RUINED FROM THE IRONING MACHINE AND SHIRTS UNPLUGGED , if you want to keep your clothes save not going to Jhonson cleaner (have a look at the photo), I am a priority member, but there is nothing of priority. I went to wash a dress and shirt, the shirts I got back unplugged after I paid £ 35, they told me that if I wanted to stretch well I had to spend two weeks, this is an absurd thing since when I Bought the membership card said I would have priority in the delivery. It Never happened. THE WORTH THING: Also in the same delivery I washed a dress of Mark Jacobs of my girlfriend, worth £ 350 completely ruined by the iron. The manager noted that it was already so (look at photos you see the strips of the ironing machine) tomorrow we go to the store asking The money back and the refund of the dress. NOW MY GIRLFRIEND IS CRYING BECAUSE THAT DRESS WAS MY ANNIVERSARY BIRTHDAY.

  Turned up a 5.27pm (my watch is v accurate.) Just to be told we're closed. Terrible business ethic. Will avoid in future.

  One star for the cobbler. Do not use. Extraordinarily rude and unprofessional. He did not do the job he had agreed to do. I was laughed at when I went to collect it and found it not fixed. I was given no apology and no excuse. When I complained and said it he had had two weeks to do the job, he laughed and said "it's been longer than that!" He seemed delighted he had not fixed the boot. When I said I wanted to take it elsewhere he said no one else would do it (not true, I found another very helpful cobbler to help). He seemed to enjoy the situation. Deeply unpleasant. On top of this my buckskin boot had been thrown in a dirty corner and picked up grime and stains. Nasty place. To be fair, the dry cleaning service seem like very nice, helpful people but the cobbler has made me never want to use them again.

  can't say I've used many but the service here is fast and usually helpful. Used for stain removal and clothing repairs and they have always done a good job

  This place gets a bit of a bad rep and I must admit I've had a poor experience here before on more than one occasion (poor service, rude staff, long waiting times, literally zero done to resolve the situation when I was given the wrong clothing). I found myself having to use them again as I have an interview at short notice on Monday. Called up, got a very polite and warm hello, dropped my stuff in Friday morning explaining the timeline, Jackie the manager advised she would get it done by 4pm the next day. When she did, she even called me just to remind me that I needed to collect my stuff before 5 to ensure I could get it before they next opened on Monday. Completely different experience to before... I may even start using them regularly at this rate!
