  Sent my Passat in for a diagnostic and was dealt with by Jack, really helpful from start to finish. Will deffo be using them again in the future.

  I recently bought a Polo beats from Arfam at Volkswagen. I couldn't have been any happier with the customer service! Arfam took me round and compared multiple cars to help me find the right car for me. I felt at ease throughout the whole experience and at no point felt as though I was being pressured to make a purchase in anyway unlike some dealerships. Arfam talked me through the specs of every car we looked at detailing on points such as engine size, power and insurance group (essential as a young driver due to cost of insurance) Arfam kept in contact throughout the process updating me on the stages the purchase was at and even after the handover took place to make sure everything was going well.   Excellent customer service. They didn't have what i needed at first but got it in overnight and even fit it in for me whislt I waited.

  From the day I purchased my Golf to the second service last week, the team at Johnsons Birmingham have always been so friendly and professional. The service levels are extremely high, and they go out of their way to explain everything about my car, including sending a video taken by the technician. Considering how much they offer as part of the service, I am surprised at how competitive their prices are. I have recommended many friends to use Johnsons Birmingham and they all say they would never go back to independent garages for servicing or repairs. Keep up the good work Johnsons, and I will be back next year to renew my Golf.
