  Generally good manors but quality of service depending on the doctor, not good with mental health issues. Receptionists are usually friendly and polite. Although the N.H.S. in generally seem to ignore mental health or give you mirtazapine + say ya be right.

  Some doctors are good and friendly, but some are not so nice and rush you out for a 10 mins appointments. Nurses are all very friendly and helpful. Receptionists are jokes. They are either rude or lack of ability to deliver correct test results. Woolpack house surgery is not pram friendly, I have to leave my pram by the entrance and take my 5 months old out, together with changing bag and other stuffs, which resulting extremely hazardous for a 10min appointment, eg. I had to ask my husband to take a half day off as I need to go to have my cervical test done.

  Not all staff are very friendly . GPs are excellent and very attentive to details. The waiting time almost doesn't exist. facilities are good and clean. Booking (the following seems like a joke, but it's unfortunately true): Online: once you register in that clinic, you need to wait at least 3 months before you apply for an online access. Your application will then take another 2 to 3 weeks to be able to book an appointment. In the clinic: if you neither can make it to the clinic door at 8am (not 2 minutes later than 8) nor are a tech savvy to book online, the nearest appointment is usually 3 weeks away. Telephone: calls marathon starts at 8am sharp. If you are lucky to speak to a receptionist, you have to say 'yes' IMMEDIATELY for any appointment they give you at any time in any location. Otherwise, the appointment will be gone AS YOU SPEAK. In the unlikely event of being offered an appointment after 8:10, brace yourself for travelling to the outskirt of the city. You cannot book an appointment on the phone for the day that follows . GP via phone: in my own experience, I couldn't catch the buzz they gave me from a 4 meters distance away from the phone after 5 hours of waiting. They left me another voice message later that day with springs in the voice tone.

  Dr stockdale delivered me at fulford hosp nearly 50 years ago all our family have been with the surgery all these from peckitt street days..to woolpack house The very best gp,s outstanding service ...WELL DONE

  I can't fault this practice the receptionists are friendly and helpful the doctors excellent and the nurses are brilliant never had a bad experience ,all my brothers go here as well as did my late parents.
