  Got to be honest here and say that, it is extremely disappointing as a store. Sadly, despite some reviews, I have found the staff to be less than helpful and bordering on totally thick. The prices on some items are so over priced that it really amounts to being a rip off....you can easily get the same items cheaper in other stores in the area. On the whole, I would only go there if desperate for a particular item as my main gripe is the fact that, every time I have gone to the store, I have been held up in a queue for up to 20 minutes at a time - just to pay for ONE item - the staff and managers appear clueless and their attitude toward customers needs some major work and corrective practices. The tills are always breaking down and the staff do not seem able to comprehend how to do basic tasks to speed things up. Sorry JTF but, you are not up to scratch....

  Prices not bad but all prices are minus vat so be carefully.need more till staff.

  Found a few bargains, but many of the items they sell can be found considerably cheaper in shops like B&M / Poundstretcher. The ticket price shows the exc VAT price in large print with the inc VAT price in much smaller print. Feels a bit misleading and unnecessary and can catch you unaware. You have to enrol as a member, which is free to the customer, but seems a bit pointless.

  Excellent as always great place to shop,the staff are always ready to help and there are toilets,we are disabled and really appreciate the whole shopping experience, many thanks we will be back.
