  Fantastic sales team. Not so great aftercare. Very poor at keeping the customer in the loop of what's happening to their bike and timescale of work etc

  Had problem with bike and wrote a letter to them outlining difficulties. It was resolved within 72 hours of letter and followed up with a phone call. Excellent after care from JT's. Highly recommend.

  JT's staff are a lesson for others in customer services and second to none. How they dealt with an issue with an online purchase I made impressed me so much that I eventually bought a bike from them. I am just home in Shropshire after riding it back from Swansea and over the moon. Thanks guys and especially Ken. I will be back.

  Done all my training and passed my test first time with jt’s,great instructors and great sales team,also purchased my first bike through them. Cheers guys!
