  Really nice stay, we were upgraded as soon as we walked in - which was nicely unexpected! The room was nice, shower was really nice and the bed was comfortable too, parking was a bit of a mystery but we found a small underground carpark at the rear of the hotel. The hotel arranged a taxi for us to our event and the bar area was pretty chilled too. We'd stay here again.

  Great place to stay with in the city it is just a short walk to everything you want to see or place you want to go. Nice bar in-house very friendly staff on reception, check in was very smooth. The room was clean and had everything in there you would expect, there is room service available too.

  It was really lovely here. Conveniently positioned in the centre of Plymouth city centre, it offers really easy access to loads of shops, bars and restaurants. Service was excellent, the room was clean and tidy, and breakfast options were perfect. Very reasonable prices too. Would happily stay here again.

  Great hotel was able to check in early our room was very clean had everything we needed and the bed was very comfy. There is a massive selection for the breakfast buffet would definitely stay here again.

  Lovely comfy beds. No drinking water in room though. Could ask at reception though where it said £1.50 a bottle but i wasn't charged-unsure why. No carpark and you had to be dropped off at the back of hotel. Generally a very nice hotel for what we needed. Would stay again.
