  Avoid this amateur clinic! Giles claims to be an expert in knees and lower limbs. I saw him for exercise related knee pain, he did the most basic assessment and dismissed the problem with a couple of pointless exercises. He totally missed my real problem which a far better physio eventually diagnosed.

  Paid for my girlfriend to have treatment. She was assued 3 sessions would cure the problem after her initial assessment. After those sessions were completed pain returned. I called the practise back and they said to send her back into the practise. The impression was given that this would be a free complementary session after the treatment hadn’t worked. Not much care seamed to have been given that she was still in pain and we were unexpectedly billed and harrasssed for the money for the extra session, to which they said there isn’t any point coming back after, and my girlfriend is still very much left in pain. Complete waste of time and money

  I attended an appointment with Sarah Bradley for respiratory exercises at Keith James Physiotherapy a week ago. She clearly had a virus which she admitted to. I started coming down with symptoms a few days ago. She deals with patients with respiratory conditions, which I have and in my case, a compromised immune system. It was utterly irresponsible of her to see me while she was ill and infectious [with a respiratory condition] She should have given me the choice to attend, by either letting me know OR she should have cancelled the appointment. I am now feeling so ill, and this has exacerbated my other condition. I dont drive or have assistance for shopping etc. I want to stress again how irresponsible this is.
