My sister and I stayed at this 'hotel' on Monday 5th February and what an utter disappointment. My sister had booked this for my birthday and she is quite upset with the whole stay , as am I. When we arrived, we discovered the room we were in was dusty and dirty. With marks on the walls that are easily cleaned away if the staff was interested in doing so. Then we looked at having a brew, however there was only 1 teabag supplied in a room for 2 people, the buscuits were crushed up liked sometime had stood on them, it was that bad the staff would have known this when they placed it on the tray. The next morning is where the faulty towers experience came. After having a shower I took the towel from the rail only to find the rail came with it, which is so dangerous I could have been injured. At breakfast we were spoken to very poorly. We sat at a table that one member of staff sat us at one table to only be moved by another, we had to be asked twice on which drinks we would like. One of us was asked if she would like white or brown toast then she hurried away while I was shouting after her, she didn't reply so when she next came into the room I asked for gluten free please, rather than saying oh I'm sorry did you book it ? Her answer was 'no you didn't tell us'! Her attitude was so rude. After telling her that yes we had booked it she then sent someone for the bread. We had a dead flower on the table at breakfast, if there were no fresh flowers they should have just been removed. I asked for some more hot toast for my sister as it arrived cold and after asking two waiters she replied with yes I'll get you some hot coffee. The male waiter stood and stared at us, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Absolutely shocking stay, infact as I read it back it sounds like a comedy sketch it's that bad! Then the cherry on the top that has made me so angry is I went straight to reception to complain and was told the manager would call me when she arrived in work later that day and I'm still waiting on a reply to my complaint(s) Honestly i don't understand how you can really run a business like this?

Stayed at this hotel for three nights as part of a special family event and came away with 25-30 bedbug bites! Whereas I should be enjoying happy memories of a special occasion, I have instead been suffering terribly with itching and a resulting infection. The hotel has been very unhelpful in dealing with the matter and just flatly deny the bugs. However, I shared a room with family from abroad and we have not been together anywhere else and have all been bitten! I seriously recommend you avoid this hotel.

Very decent and clean hotel just 4 minutes away from the Earl's Court tube station. The breakfast is really good too, full English and continental. I recommend it to both families and individuals.

Great location, wonderful, pleasant, help full and very respectful staff. Excellent Breakfast. Have stayed in London on business many times before and I can honestly say, this is the best one ever!! Highly recommended.
