::Dr. Drury is outstanding. I wish everyone I cared for had her for a doctor. You feel that you're working together to get to the common goal of your health and happiness.

::Dr Drury is outstanding in her care, both from a medical perspective and a personable one. Thank you for all the great work you do! The midwife Denise is also superb and lovely, as are all the receptionists and doctors I have encountered at this practice. So pleased to have across this practice.

::When I explained to Dr Granz, during my visit that I am having a hearing problem I was expecting him to check the ears and prompt a hospital appointment. Instead , he said "that hearing aids are doing an excellent job" and he got me out of the door.. Never ever again.. Dr Drury & Dr Shute both excellent doctors who listen and care for their patients. Dr Drury in a future visit arranged a hospital appointment for me and my problem was sorted..

::Dr Drury is patient and symphathetic, however Dr Gancz not so much, on the contrary I found him quite patronising and eager to have you out of the office long before the 10 minutes have passed and before you had a chance to fully explain the problem for which you are seeing him. Otherwise this is a fine surgery, conveniently located, but I will be trying to change to a different one, essentially because of the substandard performance of Dr Gancz.

::I cannot praise this practice enough. Doctor Gancz and Doctor Drury are fabulous professionals. They are very generous with their time and know how to make their patients feel at ease and truly cared for. In this practice you and your family will be treated as patients not customers. Dr. Gancz is to be applauded for standing up to the current Secretary for Health in order to protect the basic human rights of all his patients.
