  Stopped in to have fish and chips en route up to the north lakes. Friendly staff. Good food.

  We had a lovely Sunday meal out. Quiet and very relaxing at 4pm Sunday. We sat in the extension/restaurant end but close to the bar that had a good choice of beer, cider, bottles etc. Good selection of food on menu and specials board. Great kids menu plus 3 meat choices for roast available on Sunday. Roast pork was lovely and offered plenty of sauces apple sauce, cranberry etc to go with my meal. Kids meals were generous and very tasty. (Me and the kids ended up sharing each meal). Plenty of parking, easy access from car park or road for all patrons. Definitely will return.
