    I cant comment on the food quality of this establishment as I have never ordered before from this establishment. However, I'm able to share my experience and other users can make their mind. I placed my order using Just Eat on the 27/11/17 at 19:15 with delivery expected at 20:40 (after restaurant already added 10 minutes). At 20:55 I contacted the restaurant as food wasn't delivered as yet. The restaurant told me that the driver will be setting off "now" and would be delivered in another 15 minutes. based on the fact that I have already waited 1:40 minutes from ordering, 15 minutes already delay, a young child waiting for her dinner, I felt this was unacceptable. Highlighting this the restaurant respond to my demand of getting the food within the next 10 minutes (distance of 3.2 miles), was "I won't deliver to you". I was happy to go along with that given their inept ability to deal timely with a simple order. I contacted Just Eat to get a refund of my money. Whilst discussing events with Just East costumer service agent, the driver arrived (21:30). Having explained him that I had spoken to the restaurant, and they told me would not deliver me, also the fact food was delivered at that point 2 hours after initial order, I rejected the delivery and asked the driver to return the food back. Just East costumer service agent was on the phone and could hear my rationale to the driver. I have to say they where fantastic and very supportive. The restaurant rejected to provide a refund which I got from Just Eat. To summarize things, the restaurant was very late to deliver the food. They provided no reasonable explanation for the delay. The staff at this place told me they would not deliver me the food already pay for, hence it was reasonable to obtain my money back. The restaurant, to avoid returning my money back, delivered at 21:15 (20 minutes after being told I wasn't getting my food). Whilst previous reviews suggest food quality is good, costumer service is appalling and delivery time was totally unacceptable for a Monday night (where it is very unlikely they would be inundated with orders), to cover a delivery 3.2 miles. refusing a refund pretty much demonstrates that money is far more important than investing on potential loyal costumers. For other readers, consider this account and decide carefully what is important to you before you order from this establishment. Thank you

    Ordered two nights in a row. Both nights the order was messed up and my 9" cheese tomato was not delivered. On top of that other items never arrived. To make things worse the "5 box chicken" was RED inside. When I went to complain they told me it was my fault and said "I was messing them around."

    Kebab's arrived cold, I put them in the oven for 5 minutes & thought I really shouldn't have to do this. I rang them to complain and it was insinuated that it was my fault for ordering cheese - as they can't put cheese on a hot kebab? They begrudgingly sent me another kebab and when I told the delivery driver that 'I'll check to see if it's warm quick as they other was stone cold' he replied 'I doubt it was stone cold' - so after complaining i've got a delivery driver questioning me on my doorstep. Fuming. The new kebabs were warm and I will be completely fair in my review of this. It was terrible, the worst kebab I have had, period.
