  Well, 3 years on from having our kitchen doors replaced, the paint is splitting, and a soft close hinge no longer soft closes. Alarm bells should have sounded when the salesman informed us that the doors carry a one year guarantee. The problems we had when they were fitted should also have given us some warning. They brought the wrong taps twice, we couldn't have the sink we had chosen because it wouldn't fit, we discovered that we hadn't been quoted for cornices and despite requests for matching paint to paint them ourselves, it never came, even though we were assured a fitter would bring it. They don't match to this day. Attempts to contact the 'boss' by phone were futile and emails ignored. I am still very angry that we paid £2000 for 11 doors 3 years ago and now need to replace them again. Very poor service and, as time has proven, inferior product. The only positive thing I have to say is that the fitters were really good.

  Ordered white doors for white cabinets and they turned up yellow on the inside which i now have to pay to rectify. Apparently the firm always supplies doors like this but did not notify me prior to fitting. The surveyor that came to measure, measured wrong so the fitter could not fit 3 of the doors on installation day. The company then arrange to come again but on the day of appointment cancelled. They then had another fitter come round and finish the job another day but he was instructed to remove the doors if the office didn't confirm payment in full. The staff at the office were rude and unhelpful. At least they could have discounted the price to cover the cost of spraying the inside cabinets white. Who wants a white door with a white cabinet but yellow on the inside when you open it!!! And several days missed work because of their mistakes. Kitchen Magic have the worst customer service I've ever come across. All they want is for you to sign a contract, take your money and then they don't care. Gangsters of the industry, beware!!!!

  This is my second review because I have had my 'new' kitchen for 3 years now. It still receives admiration from new visitors. We have friends who are after replacement wardrobe doors, so I have recommended they contact these people

  We would not hesitate to recommend KLitchen Magic.They performed a great job on our kitchen ,completed the job on time and the installer was very professional, sorted without fuss any difficulties that cropped up in the installing of our appliances, he was a very nice lad .Very well done.

  Our kitchen was looking a little tired and worn after 17 years so we looked around for ways of refreshing it without costing too much. Kitchen Magic provided the solution and from the salesman through to the fitter we have had a great experience. Our kitchen looks like new and after a year it is still as fitted and the price was right. So we have no problem recommending this firm.
