  I was getting my hair conditioned and the lady doing my hair didn't tell me she had done with me and so that she could do a bleach on anotherequest ladie. She sent out an African woman who didn't speak to me while chopping of chunks of my hair. I'll never use them again and their customer service is below awful. Thanks for nothing ladies

  I recently went to kizuri for a makeover for my 30th birthday party and I can honestly say I am so happy with the customer service that I received and overall how I looked when I came out ... they went above and beyond to make me feel special and happy... their attention to detail was amazing . it’s a lovely relaxing environment for you to go and get your hair and make up done they offer all types of services there’s no judgements like I have been through at other salons ... it’s a beautiful friendly environment I am definitely happy that I found Top-class salon to go to thank you 😊

  Came here for the first time this week for a weave. Lovely staff who did a great job! I’ve had so many compliments about my hair and will definitely be returning.

  Went to the salon yesterday ....so glad they could fit me in for a last min appt ....love my new haircut! The hairdresser was lovely and she managed to salvage my damaged hair with a really good conditioning treatment. Would definitely go there again! Thank you x

  Lovely calm and relaxing environment brilliantly complimented with the friendly nature of their staff. Having been nervous about attending a salon previously they welcomed me with open arms and helped me settle in immediately. My skin was left feeling fresher and smoother than ever before. I would highly recommend visiting and for this reason I will be returning with other family members within the coming months. 10/10 Thanks guys! x
