  Wonderful hotel on the west side of London, very close to the Earl's Court underground station. Staff are very helpful and kind. Spend extra for the breakfast, it's worth it! We had afternoon tea as well and it was fabulous. Would definitely stay here again.

  Good room/desk, bed, shower. Reakfast, restaurant good. Meeting room good. Location to lhr and city center good. Earl's court many dinner options. A/c might be spotty.

  There was 4 of us ladies that came here for afternoon tea. Mersim was fantastic! He clearly wants his guests to enjoy their time and went the extra mile to do so. The food was really nice: lovely sandwiches and scones especially. Only thing that could improved would be to have specialty loose leaf teas instead of tea bags.

  Although i haven't stayed here i hold a lot of local meetings here and work with the hotel. The staff area always friendly, it has a lovely feeling and is immaculately clean. I popped in to pick up a gift of wine for the local pensioners Christmas lunch last year that they generously donated and then was offered a free and wonderful warming hot chocolate at reception! what a nice touch!

  I booked a conference room here. The people were very helpful and wanted to make sure we had everything I needed. The facilities are good, refreshments were similar to large named hotel groups. It was easy to find, small amount of parking, and good service. The conference room was very nice, a little cramped for the number of people I had, but the equipment and facilities in the room were very good and easy to use. Will definitely use again.
