  Very pleasant lady that served us. Lovely doughnuts. My only problem is I couldn't eat every different flavour. Oh well, maybe next time. Favourite would be the Lotus biscoff.

  Big place to eat, high enough tables and friendly staff. Like the choice of donuts you can eat and their drinks (especially their shakes)are tasty.

  Worst customer service I've ever seen. One male staff member did not have the slightest idea what was going on and one female member of staff standing in the door way looking slack I would avoid going here. Great donuts and very expensive too but price does not matter to me customer service does and this store has let it self down extensively I will be informing head office of what's happend
