::Great location in the corner, great service and beautiful fashionable shoes and accesories with a good price range and sale discounts. Downside for me is that small men's sizes (6UK) is not available but can be ordered with payment in advance only.

::Very rude assistant called Isobel Goodridge served me recently. She certainly doesn't represent your Company well. Your returns policy was not explained at purchase by her so I suggest that she receives more training....I will not be returning to your store all the time she is employed by you.

::I popped in today, as my order was partially cancelled, to find pink sandals called Magnolia. I was served by lady with long blond hair. She was so lovely, phoned other stores, write 3x different phone numbers for me to try. And I actually purchased the sandals from Manchester, they will be with me by Friday. What a great customer service. Would return.
