  After having a bad experience with Audi West London and Slough, i researched where to go next. Glad I came here. Have been here 3 times now. Staff have been polite, friendly and professional. The service is excellent and is the reason why I intend to come here from now on.

  Initially I thought my visit was going to be a "quick" visit and low price. I was very mistaken. Staff gave a quote over the phone and was told it would take 20 mins. 25mins in I was told the part would actually be £80 not £30 so reluctantly agreeded and was told it would take another 20mins so I went away. 20mins later I returned to see my car wheel still off. Was then told sorry we can't do the job for you. Another 15mins wait to have wheel put back on. Nothing quick about this Quik fit. Also felt like staff were more interested in selling me new tyres than fixing the problem I had.

  Not good three times now. First time I was told I didn't have a flat tyre but my on board computer was broken... (?!!) Unlikely on a year old car. Obviously eventually found it was a flat tyre after going to the dealership. Second time couldn't find anyone for ages eventually found a group of lads smoking something special, some who worked there some who didn't... third time was told my brakes were gone and would cost £600, went to the dealership as that sounded too much and wanted second opinion, turns out the brake monitor had come loose and the brakes were in perfect working order. Not happy. Won't be back!

  Sorted my issue with low tyre pressure quickly and honestly: checked the tyre, found nothing, pumped it up, reset my monitor and away i went...after a free coffee... perfect.
