  Yes, I came this morning unfortunately for me, initially came here about over a year ago for a new tyre, quite cheap then, customer service was fine then, but this morning I had planned to come again to change and replace three of the other tyres, came here at 8.30am (They are supposed to open for business at 8.30am), they did not come till about 8.47am?! Then the other members of staff came one by one all of them late, I went in first in the garage then some other idiot member of staff behind me kept violently revving his engine and very close behind my car?! There were three other customers also waiting outside with their cars, no apology, nor reason was given for their lateness to me or to the other customers, I saw this rather surly, anti-social member of staff there who opened the entrance, no greeting, no words from him, Good Morning Sir, How can I help you? Nothing?! He just glowered at me as if it was my fault for his lateness?! He went in reception I followed suit, still no words from him, no formal greetings from him to me nor to the other customers, his demeanour was very uncivilised and very rough, nothing, terrible?! So I said I was looking for three new tyres for my car, he came up with a ridiculously expensive price?! Terrible customer service, won't be coming back here again that's for sure! And I will also warn my friends, neighbours, family, and also local community not to come here too!

  My tyre got punctured and needed help immediately (May 2017). LThey were very short staffed when I rang but Clint (Clint Westcott, manager) was so nice and told me to come in anyway. I had to wait for a while (which was understandable) but he was super nice, very apologetic for the wait and very professional (even when his only other staff member was being rude to him and complaining). Clint kept a smile on his face the whole time and was chatty whilst he worked. Would definitely go again if served by him.

  I was riding to work on my motorbike this morning when I noticed my brake fluid had become dangerously low in one of my reservoirs. I dropped by Kwik Fit and although Kwik Fit don't work on motorbikes, the guys helped me make my bike safe. Five stars for their kind service.

  They love to tell you you need things you don't need, and try to scare you into buying them saying they are essential for safety. They added expensive tracking on automatically and I had to ask them not to do it. They were keen to explain this was at my risk. When I checked with my trusted garage if it was needed, they said no. Visit if needs must, but avoid if possible.

  Really helpful staff and very accommodating when you're in a fix! I had a car full of children and urgently needed the tracking and drop link mended. The guys here saw me immediately, moved the car into the workshop for me and were so helpful with follow up information. I wish every garage/ repair workshop could be as painless and pleasant to visit as this one!
