  Really helpful staff. Great advice and superb service. I was greeted on the forecourt as I drove in, discussed my options with no hard sell and my battery was changed immediately. Pleasant waiting area with a free cup of tea. All staff very polite and efficient too.

  I visited just for some advice and the gentleman I spoke to was very nice he took the time out to talk to me about possible problems with my car and was really attentive. Quick fix indeed! I'm thankful :)

  I was seen immediately on arrival and he checked my tyres and as expected my two front tyres needed replacing. Waited half an hour and all done and they were cheaper than if I'd gone through BMW as they had a 25% deal on Pirelli - excellent service thank you!

  The guy at the till was very moody and rude. Clearly didn't want to be there. Change your job my friend. NEVER going back to this outlet again. Thanks for nothing.
