  Really not sure why the low marks, that’s the one where we got told that they were so busy we would have to wait 3-4 hours to just be seen, when there weren’t any cars waiting or any even on any of the car lifts. Manager was rude and short with every word he said, first he told me to get out,I had my service dog with me with a blue lead and blue collar with service dog written all over them, made me feel so bloody embarrassed to then be lied to about the time, I felt so small and embarrassed as I walked back to my car. So then we went to this place as a motormobilty car we can only go to Kwik Fit, being Epileptic the sign says it all!!!! God I tell you it was chalk and cheese the team as that’s how it came across was Second to none. Nothing was to much, really appreciate it when you get treated with a bit of respect and common decency, all these guys deserve a massive bonus and they should be given on top of their own they should get the cash from whatever the dodgy Kwik Fit guys up Near Deriford Hospital as well. All I can say is a massive thank you for all of those awesome guys at this Kwik Fit. If Kwik Fit would like to respond to my point, my I would like to know if this has been actually been seen by management at Kwik Fit.

  Ordered a new tyre online as they were the cheapest on the brand that matched my current ones, booked a time slot and was in and out in under 15mins. Staff were friendly and helpful.

  These guys are always helpful, explain my options and it’s never too much trouble for them to check what the problem is, Even when they’re busy and I pop in without an appointment.
