  Shocking service. Dropped my car off for a slow puncture. Was told 2 hours. Get a phone call after 2 hours asking which tyre. Head back in after 3 hours for them to tell me they couldn't find my lock nut which was in the glove compartment. It then sat on the ramp for an hour with no one near it before I told them I wanted it back as I had to pick up my kids. It was done in minutes after that

  I walked in off the street and even though I could see they were busy they didn't make me feel I was putting them out. The staff were very helpful and kept me informed of what was being done without over doing it or leaving me waiting. I left knowing they had done what was needed and not charged over the odds. I would/will/do recommend them!!! Thank you very much!

  Very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Got sorted quickly and without any trouble. Large comfortable waiting area.

  Excellent service will be going here for future repairs. Great service Easy to book in Friendly staff Cost brilliant Using it first time.Great service.Very helpful and professional desk staffs and service staffs, who were extremely courteous in dealing with my car.I contacted kwik fit after getting horrific service experience for my car from halfords.after halfords service I noticed my car engine making rattling sound from engine.and i contacted them they said they will fix it if i can take it back to their garage. but one of my friend told me that it is not a good idea to use halfords for service cuz their Garages are not accredited by The Motor Ombudsman and he recommended Kwik fit hutcheon street branch. it was very easy to book the service and good front office department helped me to make everything easy. in my presence they checked the car and found out the engine oil was not refilled from my last service I got from halfords. and also engine cover wasn't replaced properly and leaving my car making a horrific rattling noise.under the kwik fit service job was done promptly. Really pleased with the overall service as well as the price (so much cheaper than several other places).Thank you.and I will be going here for future repairs.

  Very very slow service they go by Quick Fit but if anything it’s slow and unfit. Took my car in at the appointed time but it was an over an hour and a half before my tyre got changed. I would NEVER use this place again.
