::Full service paid for. Been told the oil filter and air filter has been done. A few months later I get a warning light and take it to my local a garage to be told the engine oil has not been filled and is empty as well as the air filter box is broken which has cost me a lot of money and I am not happy with the service Kwik fit provided. Cannot wait to hear back from them.

::Just avoided a £350 bill at Lookers Volkswagen for damage they caused to my rear brakes, by having a brake service at Kwik Fit... Obviously, I recommend the guys at Kwik Fit

::99% sure my car didn't need the "headlamp adjustment" that I was charged for in order for it to pass the MOT. It had only just been serviced and inspected by an Audi specialist a week prior. And it has self-leveling headlamps. Oh well, lesson learned. Won't be returning.

::Absolute life savers! Two days before Christmas I needed two tyres and was let down last minute by another local garage. These guys managed to book me in at a time that suited me and a great price. Wish I'd thought to come here first and will do next time. Top marks for Jordan too, great guy, really helpful in the phone and in person. If it hadn't have been for this place, I wouldn't have been able to pick up my elderly father in law for Christmas. Thank you.

::Deserve no stars - travelled over twenty miles to get my MOT done at the Cleveleys branch - arrived ten minutes late due to traffic and the refused to do my MOT. Contacted head office who booked me in at this branch (Preston New Road) the following day - another 14 mile round trip - only to be told that someone else was booked in the slot allocated to me so they couldn't do it!!! Contacted head office AGAIN and was told to go to the Dickson Road branch - another 12 mile round trip - who did my MOT in less than 40 minutes (so even though I was ten minutes late the Cleveleys branch could've done my MOT within the hour allocated to me with time to spare!!) VERY unhappy!
