  The guy on reception was a nice guy and tried to help, squeezing me in on a day they were fully booked as i needed the car for work, so ive given an extra star just for him. But at the end of the day, they had my car for just under 24 hours before telling me they couldnt fix it. I only needed the tracking doing following a knock on a curb in the snow. Something about cant do cars with lane departure as they need a reset code for the computer and only the main dealer should touch it - thats their company policy. 3 garages, including halfords and vw themselves, told me this was incorrect, but they still wouldnt touch it. Had to get it towed to my mate in cleckheaton who had it fixed in 30 minutes. Im still a little puzzled as to why they said it had lane departure. First i heard and vw have confirmed it doesnt. Your reception guy is a good lad, but try training the techs to make a decision and not just follow a flow diagram in a manual.

  Could not sort a new tyre for 3 days what is that about so much for kwik fit not wont be using again crossgates branch leeds went to troy leeds 9 instant result helpfull and fast carnt recomend troy enough you have been warned

  Helpful staff. Tyres booked in and replaced efficiently at a reasonable price.
