  Phoned up and gave me good advice on the part i need and where to get it due to it not being a standard part, and fit it for free! 20 min job.Brilliant service.

  !!!! AVOID THIS PLACE !!!! No serious car repair can be done in this place. Unfortunately, I gave them my car, and after spending more than 600 £, the problem was still there. They try to sell you useless stuff such as "engine performance improving" packet but they are not able to repair your car. I have the feeling that they are in so much of a hurry and under so much pressure to get as much work from you as they can, that the quality of work done is absolutely not their priority. Again, avoid this place if you do not want to waste your money!!!!

  How can you run a car garage with only two staff having driving licences? And doing quick jobs for customers while others already waiting having to wait longer?

  Once again Kwik Fit did the job and a good price and after care service was great (12/10/17) Cars are never cheap to keep up and running but with easy online booking and fair prices Kwit Fit have been doing my MOTS and servicing for years. Staff always good and helpful, the new refit at the Bitterne branch make waiting for your car a lot easier too.
