  Great service with a smile. There was nobody else in so two chaps tended to my simple problem and I didn't have to lift a finger. Free tea :-)

  I was stranded in York, had a brand new tyre which needed changing and they refused to change my tyre because i had not purchased it from Kwik fit. I understand their stance from a legal perspective but surely i could have signed a waiver of some sort. Not impressed.

  Tom was great, very helpful and honest. Fitted two tyres at short notice giving us peace of mind on our very long journey home. Thanks Tom.
