  I had a rising damp problem in an old terraced house and contacted several specialists for a quote for remedial work. Mr Landricombe (unlike some) arrived at appointed time, carried out a thorough inspection, explained clearly the extent of the work and provided a very competitive quote. Therefore the contract was placed with him. An added bonus is that they carry out all the work in house and do not rely on subcontractors which can easily cause problems if there is ever any disputes. The work was started and finished on schedule and although this type of work is disruptive it was carried out with minimum mess. They cleared up after each visit and everything was left clean and tidy with no equipment left on site. I am extremely pleased with the standard of work and can strongly recommend the use of this company.
