  Slow service. A rather rude girl on the till always gives me a "you can't afford to shop here look" I usually visit in the middle of diy days. I went in last week my order had not arrived despite email saying it had. I had driven a 35 mile round trip and they were nonchalant and couldn't give a damn. I had to insist they call me when it came in to save more travelling. Why didn't they think to say "we could call you when it comes in"?. The rude girl who is always at the front desk sent me to the back only for an annoyed already to say "why did they send you here in going to be busy for 10minutes, go to the front" she was rude but I went back to the front and repeated what is been told only for her to look completely non interested. My face must of said I was getting annoyed as a really nice younger male assistant helped me. Then I go back the saturfat after only to be told everyone is off sick or lunch so me another pregnant lady, a couple with a small child and another stood for over 10 minutes un-attended. Again older lady said "I'll help I'll be back in a minute" she breezed past and we never seen her again. Eventually after 15 minutes I got my order collected and passed by the stoney faced girl who's usually at the front desk. Did she smile or say " sorry for the wait "?. Nope just the usual look of boredom and disdain. I do hope she's not the manager as all the customers I was stood with stated they experienced her to be the same and the staff slow and non interested. Come on Laura Ashley we will all happily take our money to other retailers tomorrow sort the staff out because I'm put off of going back and it won't be long before others do to.
