  I phoned Leaders on a Saturday afternoon (OK, it's a busy time) to get the ball rolling to put my property onto the market. After the phone went to answerphone on all three attempts spread over a period of two hours, I phoned a fourth time and selected 'Lettings' rather than 'Sales', in order to get someone to talk to me. A very helpful and friendly lady answered and took my details for her Sales colleagues. I emphasized that I needed to speak to someone the same day, or failing that early on Monday, in order to get someone to do an initial visit on Monday afternoon and hopefully have the process well underway by the end of the week. No-one phoned back on Saturday, nor Monday morning (is that a busy time too?) and as of Wednesday afternoon, no-one from Leaders has contacted me. I have placed the property on the market with a different estate agent.

  The guys did a great job of selling my property, unfortunately the sale fell through a couple of times due to no fault of there’s (or mine) but as soon as it did fresh bookings were booked and it was soon sold again. Getting a text message to confirm viewings was good as I don’t always pick up Emails straight away so this was a good way to keep up to date with viewings. Thank you Rachael, Jools and Mark.

  Rachael Clark was very friendly and positive. Her assessment of the property being very saleable was spot on as we had 11 viewings immediately the house went on the market. She kept me informed throughout and I would recommend her highly.

  Excellent service and thoroughly professional Leaders have just sold my property for me and as a first time seller, I didn't understand the whole process initially. However Leaders kept me informed at every stage, told me what to expect and what happens next.  Rachael Clark and Mark from the London Road branch were exceptionally friendly, helpful and most importantly professional. From getting the right photos for marketing the property to chasing documents on my behalf. I am thoroughly impressed with their service and would not hesitate in using Leaders again. Thoroughly recommended.
