::Not impressed with G4S Security (or whoever runs the security). A colleague was sexually assulted this afternoon and G4S refused my request for help - all I needed was for them to call the police. Not their job! I wasn't asking them to do their job; I was simply asking them to be decent human beings. Shame on them.

::The Courts bend over backwards to help everyone, but are handicapped by not being able to give simple, non-technical, common-place, legal advice or procedural advice. Believe it or not, if you ask in some Civil Courts which form you should use to issue proceedings they will tell you they can't tell you because "that could be construed has giving Legal Advice". Some Courts will tell you which form you need, others won't. (be warned they must have at least 100 different forms) If you're local civil Court won't tell you, ring around and find one that does. A word of warning: Some Court clerks are fed up answering questions from the Public, so they quickly fob you off with the old standby "Contact the Civil Advice Centre," For Gods sake don't, they are the most hopeless organisation in Britain, they get over one million enquries per year, so how on earth do you expect to get any help from them. Getting through to them on the phone can be a 2 day job. Be warned Solicitors are not interested in your case if the fee income is less than £5000, then again if you can bung them £2000 in cash on account. its amazing how persuasive that can be. And do not sue a Limited Company regd less than 3 years ago and active, (look for dormant accts regd to it) Good Luck,

::What a complete waste of a day. Came here the innocent party and it's clear from the offset the judge on the day Doesn't like anyone under the age of 50... Anyone female... Couldn't tell one end from the other and that the day was simply wasted. I only hope karma exists in all those concerned.
