  Tried to make contact with ( salesperson who sold me my car} on monday 15/05/17..Was told that he will return my call.HE DID NOT RETURN MY CALL..Tuesday 16/05/17...made contact with lexus again..same reply..they will ask salesperson to return my call...18.00pm/...NOTHING WILL TRY AGAIN TOMORROW 17/05/17 CANT BELIEVE GETTING SUCH TREATMENT FROM LEXUS GLASGOW .When the time comes to p/x i shall certainly think twice . Got in touch with GARY.SKEA .service manager this morning..17/05/17..who has been my only contact for the past 4 years ..and my questions/advice were answered within seconds..i should have phoned him in the first place. i ve said this many times..without the quality service i have received from Gary at LEXUS GLASGOW...i would have gone back to HONDA For this reason only i give 5 stars...and hopefully.the management at lexus glagow will train their sales persons to the required standard expected by LEXUS.

  Took my Alfa Romeo Giulietta here for some electrical/sensor issues that were causing warning lights on the dash. Very impressed with the service - they take the time to take email a list of issues and a video with an explanation by the mechanic. It's great being able to see exactly what's wrong with your car. Unfortunately, the parts required to fix what was effectively false errors were going to be quite expensive to source/replace but Nicky took it upon himself to call Alfa Romeo to see if there was any good will gestures available given I believed it had been caused by a design fault. Anyway, Alfa agreed to cover the vast majority of the repair and I saved myself just over £1,000 thanks to Nicky. ..To top it off they even cleaned the bird shite off my car. Would definitely use again!
