  Never buy a car from them I had brought a q7 from them and I told them about the fault with in a week but they gave it to Toyota to fix it how dum of them to give a German car to Toyota. but the fault has not been put right yet .

  We just purchased our third Lexus vehicle but this time was first time purchase for my wife, a CT200h. My wife is now another Lexus customer for life not just because she’s delighted with the car but also the exceptional Lexus customer service.   I know everyone is giving feedback on their product recalls recently. So, I can't say how impressive Nottingham Lexus were yesterday, had a ct200 as a courtesy car, and if I'm honest, I loved it. Went back to my car cleaned inside and out, and considerably more fuel. Not so much that , but the service was impressive too , video sent to my phone of the health check and I'm pretty sure that they've taken my handbrake up. Well impressed to say the least
