  Have been dealing with Lexus Wolverhampton for 8 years just purchased another car from them and the service just gets better.You would not find a better dealership anywhere would recommend to anyone (no hard sell from salesmen) you get all the right answers to your questions.

  The level of customer service we have received from Lexus ( James ) is second to none. We have now picked up our second brand new car from them and it is that superior customer service ( before AND after sales) that brings us back. Plus the cars are quality. They also throw in a few little 'treats' like an umbrella, flowers, mug set, full tank of fuel etc.... which to me gives the wow factor. This is going above and beyond for your customers. Keep up the good work Lexus and James ( who can't do enough for you).

  Why Lexus is a five-star experience... While they service your trusty stead, you wait in an environment which offers: * A calm 'office-out-of-the-office' to tap away on your lap top using the free wi-fi * While sat on a beautiful leather bar stool * The chance to sit behind the wheel of a Lexus LC and feel the grunt as you pedal to the metal of its 8 pots/5L * While, director of first impressions, Marie plies you with as much coffee 'as you can shake a stick at' * And then tops you off with a slice of cucumber in your mineral water (from her personal stash) to maintain your zen-like state! As if all this weren't good enough, the pocket rocket on service reception brings you your keys an hour and half sooner than you expected and they clean your car for you. If only everything in life... Highly recommended.
