  We recently had amazing service from Limetree Financial, above and beyond what we could have hoped for. David Baird and Adam Nunn handled our case with real insight and professional expertise, showing relentless attention to detail throughout. They were always fast to respond to any queries, worked incredibly hard on our behalf and kept us fully informed throughout the complex processes involved. They showed real care towards us, treating us like people rather than just clients, and we were able to rely on them throughout to get the job done. We also had excellent service from Jackson on the insurance side of things, which was a real bonus, with everything taken care of in a really efficient way. Can't recommend enough - fantastic, professional team.

No hidden fees, no outrageous charges, no funny surprises. Very friendly and easy to get hold of with frequent updates. A service that I have already recommend to many friends. Limetree Financial Services has a range of complementary services to assist you with your home purchase, we have also used their will writing services. I am pretty sure that every home purchase is a bumpy ride, but if you opt to work with someone who is small enough to care but big enough to cope you can't go wrong.   I have used the services of James Hammond and Lime Tree Financial services for well over a decade and during this time have had nothing but exemplary service. He has processed a number of Residential mortgages, Buy to let mortgages and also insurance policies and not once have I been able to beat the deals he has sourced on my behalf. Couple that with the hassle free service he provides I have not and would not go anywhere else for these services. I have built up a high level of trust over this time and as I already have to a number of friends and colleagues I would highly recommend his services - 5 stars from me!

  Highly recommended! James and his team have been very helpful when I needed to remortgage an old property and to get a new mortgage for a new buy. What I found very different from all the other mortgage brokers I dealt with, is that they tried to understand my needs first, and then found out the very best combination of products in the market to allow me to achieve my goals. Always very responsive and helpful, I will certainly use Limetree again and can only recommend their services.

  James is a superstar! I've used his company twice in 2014 and 2016 for my personal mortgage and re-mortgage. On both occasions he travelled into London a few times to visit me in person at my home and my husband's office as he appreciated I had a lot of questions and wanted to ensure I was 100% comfortable to go line-by-line through the paperwork. I'm an avid emailer and no matter what time of day he always responded and kept me up to date on the best deals and info relevant to my needs. I also had some challenges with the local council and with my lawyers and he chimed in to expedite the disconnect of information. I have recommended him to my friends and will continue to use James in future.
