  Used to love this coach station when it was open, it was very safe and a comfortable place to wait for my coach. Will never understand why National Express moved to the unsafe and intimidating (for solo passengers) Liverpool One. Will miss travelling from this place and will NEVER use National Express in Liverpool again. EDIT - Now Google have stupidly merged the reviews of the old Norton Street Coach Station with Liverpool One my star rating has decreased from 5* for the old one to 1* for the pathetic excuse that is Liverpool One. Over 2 years later and I have stuck to my initial review and haven't used National Express in Liverpool since 2015, any journeys made with them are either from Manchester, Leeds or Birmingham all of which have enclosed warm, SAFE and relaxing dedicated coach stations rather than a stupid stand at a bus station in the middle of a city centre.

  Estación de llegade de buses del aeropuerto. Realmente son apeaderos para buses locales de Arriva y de media distancia de National Express. Incomodo si el tiempo climático no es propicio. No hay servicios de cafetería, consigna, etc. Eso sí, muy céntrico y eso es fundamental.

  toilets not open when i was there (at 5.30pm?!) staff member unhelpful and unable to tell me where a nearby toilet might be. the waiting area has rudimentary shelter and was pretty cold.

  A modern bus station in the heart of Liverpool city centre. Buses serve the north and south of the city from here. Megabus and National Express coaches stop here to various destinations. There is a travel centre and toilets too.
