::Lovely centre with a sense of peace as soon as you walk in. Wide range of different classes / styles of yoga. Debbie's classes are fab, and Helen's astanga is great too. But really there is something for everyone here - its worth trying out different classes and teachers to find your favorites.

::I attend the beginner's yoga class taught by Heidi, who is a good teacher and easily takes care of any nerves felt by doing yoga for the first time. I have been going now for almost two years and the class is great for newcomers and the slightly more experienced, both at once. The price is reasonable and the location is convenient. I'd recommend here to anyone looking to practice yoga, or look into the other health and wellbeing courses that run in the building. Mark.

::Came for a yoga session with Cliff and it was absolutely brilliant. I was a little worried at first as I had never done yoga before, but Cliff was lovely and the class made me feel very welcome. The session was wonderful as it wasn't just poses but also Cliff taught me calming breathing and relaxation techniques to help me to sleep at night which have worked a dream! Gemma
