  Lloyd's is not my bank any more as they messed up my accounts etc, but that's not this branches fault as most of the issues happened online/with Lloyd's themselves. Whenever I went in here they were great!

  LLoyds in Swan st. Warwick is shut at 5pm. on a Thursday allthough advertised as 7pm.......just been there.

  The bank itself was very nice. The layout is practical, the decor is professional and the open plan serving desk feels very trusting and friendly for a bank. On that, I would give 5 stars. But there was a small queue and when I got to the cashier I felt very rushed. The cashier was much more concerned with processing me than me. As such I left feeling like they'd not really understood what I'd asked for or answered my questions properly. On that basis I have dropped the star.

  I have been visiting this branch for years and always found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. However, just visited the cashpoint and the buttons on the machine are filthy ... eek ... can somebody please clean them???
