  Worts service ever , over 3o minutes wait every time You cant get what you want They don't care about you, they just want your money.

  As a business customer who pays for all transactions and services, If you want to be treated with very bad customer service from the staff through to the management and don't want to pay in any money over the counter then this is the bank for you. Shocking!!!! Arrived at branch at 9am with no other customers present to attempt to pay in our business banking to be told that businesses can no longer pay in cash over the counter. Raised a complaint immediately to the Branch Manager - Adam Duath to be told that the bank had changed its policies and businesses can no longer pay in cash over the counter. Branch Manager didn't like my response that if that is the case i will move banks. Meantime the branch had received an influx of potential customers who were now waiting and having to overhear the Manager then informing everyone that the bank didn't need business customers like me and that he has the power to close our accounts whether we chose to close account or not. If thats the way Lloyds Bank choose to now look after there business customers then its bye bye from me.

  Nice place, but chronically short-staffed. All I needed was a statement, and I had to wait about 30 mins! I didn’t mind, but don’t come here if you’re in a hurry.

  Waited 25 minutes with only 2 other customers in front of me just to make a small withdrawal. Staff at the counters spent ages casually chatting with customers, with no sense of urgency as the queue grew with other customers getting visibly impatient. Once at the counter I was made to write out my signature 5 times and even had the bloody manager come over to make me re-write it, then tried to tell me i couldn't withdraw more than £50 despite being able to do it with my normal signature the previous week. Overall the staff were flippant, slow and patronising. Luckily i will be getting my debit card very soon and will not have to use this branch again. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

  This branch is housed in a very nice big building. However, despite the large number of counters available, there are often just a few staffs visible at the front desk. Waiting time in this branch is one of the longest amongst other branches I have been to. Nothing seems to be done even when the queues are obviously long. The few times I visited the branch, I have seen people getting frustrated and walked out. Saying that, I have to say that the staffs are friendly and helpful when I was being attended to. Perhaps a better customer flow management or staff redirection might make things better.
