::Utterly useless branch. Turned up on Saturday to find the door locked and the branch not being open. According to google it's open on a Saturday. No opening times displayed in the window. Total waste of time. Was also shut a fe Mondays ago. Cheers for wasting my time lloyds. Will be closing my business and any other accounts with you now and moving to a more reliable bank.
