  Banch of useless people. Useless is a complement to the people that work him these place Simple things they will ask you to call the help line. Because they don't know how to do anything. Avoid

  Thank God I have Halifax account as this bank branch is rubbish. Stupid Staff . No discipline, and don’t know how to treat customer. I have already spoke to manager and today finally closed account. Happy for not seeing such donkeys anymore in Bank.

  This bank is horrible, I’m a student and I was waiting for hours in the line for the advise desk. Eventually the staff took their fingers out their ass and hurried up. The guy going up the line was just trying to kick people out. He asked me what I needed and I said I wanted to change from a cash point card to a visa debit card. He said I had to open a new account. He told me to go home and do it online. I got home and phoned the general customer service and they just sent me a debit card link to the same account but according to the Hounslow branch I couldn’t do that, Absolute trash, I will be changing branch to avoid the stupidity of this branch and how careless and lazy the staff are.
