  I haven't had many complaints in the past, but today I thought the woman behind the counter was pretty rude.

  The young man who works in there is great, really helpful, cheerful etc. But the rest are rude and unhelpful.

  Appalling, rude service and utterly incompetent staff. It is Friday and I am still waiting for a prescription to be fulfilled that I took in on Monday. I have been told at different times this week that they don't have it in stock/it has already been picked-up/they can't find the prescription/they are waiting for the item to come back in stock.

  Had been advised against this pharmacy by GPs however with a painful earache the day before a scheduled flight and little time to go elsewhere I decided to give it a try. I asked to speak with a pharmacist who I was told was out buying lunch but was advised to wait when I explained what was wrong. When the pharmacist returned her only advice was to go to the doctor which I explained I had no time to do nor did I think it was necessary yet as the pain wasn't that extreme. She then asked her assistant "do we have anything for ears", he was then much more helpful and gave me a topical spray for mild infections by which time the pharmacist had disappeared, presumably to eat her lunch.

  Convenient location in central Jericho. Ideal if you use the Jericho Health Centre. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a range of toiletries on sale.
