  Disorganised and needlessly long wait times for prescriptions in this place. After getting tired of waiting and requesting they hurried my toothpaste prescription through the pharmacist - Miriam acted as if i was being unreasonable or inpatient. Bad customer service. Worth avoiding if you're in a hurry.

  When the proper pharmacist (Miriam) is in everything runs smoothly and she is extremely helpful and friendly, occasionally had problems when she is not there, such as long waits for them to arrive and the lady on the till has been rude to me but otherwise its fine

  This is the second time I’ve been to this pharmacy for advice and guidance about treatment for minor health complaints with my children. The lady on the till was dismissive, I hadn’t even finished my description of what was wrong with my daughter. Really rude and totally unhelpful. I knew products existed that I could buy for the illness I was describing but I didn’t get chance to finish my explaination. I would not recommend this pharmacy, their answer to everything is go see a GP.

  Most disorganised place I have ever been to. Eneded up asking for a refund and going elsewhere. Don't bother trying unless you have an hour to spend waiting for them to tell you that you have to go back for the third time!

  Tried to drop-in for flu-jab, said they couldn't do that day. We tried to book in for a day in the future, when we asked if they could do 9am, said it wasn't their best time - surprisingly unhelpful. Gave up and went elsewhere.
