    Couldn't be more unhelpful. I'm strongly epileptic, usually prone to grand mal seizures and was told that my prescription would be sent to them electronically once I had authorised the surgery next door to do so. It is a constant battle every time I need to pick up my medication. I live four miles away and always have to battle with them to sort my medication out. After authorising the surgery to send my prescription electronically it now for some reason turns out that unless I sign a form and wait 48 hours before I can get my meds, I have to travel four miles down to the surgery, beg for my prescription AGAIN, carry the piece of paper ten feet to the pharmacy next door and wait anything up to four hours for it to go through. All because I haven't been told to sign a form by the pharmacy which I've never had to before over the last three years. This is rediculous, shows absolutely no care for the customer, and is unfriendly. The pharmacist I spoke to on the phone told me that it was possible for them to walk next door to get my prescription but they effectively couldn't be bothered. All I can say is that I hope they experience a seizure at least once so that they can get some perspective that they serve people with real problems and not just a queue.

    Very bad experience today , they r not doing anything for elderly patient needs . Always asking rubbish question. Really fed up

    I was given a claims health cost form and they didn't tell me i needed them to give me a second reseat to be able to claim the money back, so I've only got the first reasest, now I've got 4 useless prescriptions resents that I won't beable to claim the money back from, thanks Lloyd pharmacy 👍
