  Worst chemist I've been into,you wait ages even when only 2 people in front of you,would make sense if they had your script ready to pick up

  Not many helpful things here that I needed. if you need a proper chemist I would go elsewhere. I think it sold alcohol too?

  Very rude , rang and someone kept picking up and hanging up (2xs) and when I spoke to someone they were quite rude and unhelpful

  The staff were so rude. I was ignored initially, and when I asked for service I was made to feel like I was a nuisance to them. I had to wait 35 minutes for them to put a tube of ointment in a paper bag for me, even though my GP told me they would have my prescription ready for me. Their attitude towards their customers is appalling. I usually use Whitworths across the road where the staff are lovely and helpful, but this pharmacy is adjoining the surgery so the doctor sent the prescription here. Never again!!!
